Manulife Financial released Version 11.1 of the Diamond
View Illustration System with improvements in InnoVision, LivingCare,
Proguard Series, Venture Series, and ExpenseComp product systems.
InnoVision with Wealth Enhancer Plus now offers more deposit room.
And Manulife Financial has improved the Cash Value Maximizer solve to
automatically calculate the optimal year for Wealth Enhancer Plus reductions
to begin. Also included are improvements to the Child Protection Rider
LivingCare financial underwriting requirements have been
simplified. Similar to the approach used on life and critical illness,
income is now used to determine the amount of insurance for clients, rather
than the monthly benefit amount. See the Needs Analysis section of
the Software.
Proguard series, the popular disability insurance Income Loss
Replacement Plan concept is now updated with 2007 tax information.
ExpenseComp has liberalized the requirements for inspection
reports for the disability insurance product.

Equitable Sales and illustrations released version 08-1,
which is available for download from EquiNet and the web for those who will
update via the Check for Updates feature.
Renewable and Convertible Term Re-price Revised premium rates
effective June 23rd, and commissions. Equitable life is more competitive
than ever within our target markets including face amounts of $1,000,000+.
Some changes include links for Marketing Materials and Presentations that
take you directly to Equitable’s Life website where you will always have
access to the latest materials. This means that the Marketing Materials and
Sales Presentations are no longer loaded to your hard drive during
installation.

Assumption Life and Foresters also added enhancements to
their illustration systems this quarter.
