Equitable
Life released version 2007 – 1 of the Equitable Life
Sales Illustrations software.
This is a momentous release for Equitable and Novinsoft for a number
of reasons.
- The Generation IV Universal Life
product and EquiLiving Critical Illness
products have now been added to the Novinsoft Illustration
System Framework. Now all Equitable Life Individual Life
and Health and Investment products are on our platform.
- The Generation IV Universal Life Illustration System
is the first MS.Net Desktop System released to
the field for our client companies. It is a desktop system that is
web-ready (multi-threaded and industrial-strength), and makes full use
of the new Windows Vista operating system.
- The Generation IV Universal Life Illustration System
is also In-Force ready. This means they are making full use of our
dual calculation engine, Sales Illustration/ In-Force framework.
When they are ready for an In-Force Universal Life Illustration System
most of the work is already done – calculation engine, Administration
System Plan Code rate access, and more.
A number of client releases are currently being developed and planned for
release in the second quarter of 2007. This includes more MS.Net desktop as
well as MS.Net web-based systems.
