ING Life introduced the latest version of their Galaxy Marketing and Illustration System.  Included were improvements to ING Term and Universal Life products as well as significant refinements to Sales Concepts.

Norwich Union made a number of improvements to their Universal Life product and added a couple of hot Sales Concepts in the second release of the NU Select Universal Life Program. French was also added so that the System is now completely bilingual.

Novinsoft and Janna Systems formalized our alliance after successfully working together to integrate Janna Contact with the Novinsoft-developed TD Life Telesales System.
