We’re
pretty keen on the work we’ve been doing with the TD Life over the last few months. The
Novinsoft-developed Telesales
Needs Analysis and Quote System is now seamlessly integrated with
the Janna Contact Enterprise System.
Janna Contact
Enterprise
is an enterprise-class relationship management solution that easily integrates
with back office systems. And now with Novinsoft point-of-sale systems.
Janna
provides organizations with one complete view of all customer interactions –
an easy-to-use solution for customer-centric knowledge management. For instance,
all of the information gathered by the TD Life Telesales people during the needs
analysis and quote session is now available enterprise-wide. Databases,
locations, users – all will have access to any customer data across the
country.
The Novinsoft System is used to profile clients, perform
needs analysis and term quotes. Via integration with Janna Contact, clients can
automatically be assigned to the right expert. This greatly enhances the sales
and solutions process.
Novinsoft
is looking forward to working with Janna on more exciting projects for other
client companies.
Novinsoft
also worked with CT Financial Assurance
on Phase II of their FinPro Financial Planning System.
New calculators and more functionality were added to an already first class
Wealth Management System. With this work, and projects with other clients
developing tools to market investment products, Novinsoft now has significant
expertise in the Wealth Management
area.
Novinsoft
is also pretty pleased to add Transamerica
Life Insurance Co. of Canada as our latest client. We will be working with
Transamerica to develop marketing tools for both insurance and investment
products.

Universal life Illustration System is now ready for viewing. Contact

And, finally, the end of August marks 6 years of developing point-of-sale systems with our Financial
Services clients. Novinsoft has grown steadily over the last year; adding a
number of quality people, and greatly expanded expertise.
