The end of 1998 was productive for Novinsoft and a number of our client companies.

• A big, big project was completed for the AIG Life Insurance Company of Canada.

AIG is introducing their new Windows Illustration System - The Wave - in January.  The Wave System allows brokers and agents to quote on twenty different products including Term, Whole Life, Disability, Critical Illness, and AIGs brand new Universal Life product.

Along with various forms and marketing material, AIG has included Novinsoft’s new Family Needs Analysis as well as a custom Asset Allocator for recommending the appropriate asset mix for the Universal Life investment funds.

• Canada Trust Financial Assurance was active again.

CTFA released Phase 1 of it’s FinPro System for Financial Planners.

This application contains several modules and sophisticated reporting for such things as Capital Gains, Cash Flow, Debt Management, Income Replacement, Disability Needs, Retirement Calculator, and more.

• Our newest packaged product for Family Needs Analysis is now available for sale to corporate clients.

• Additions to Illustration Systems for Norwich Union, and Sun Life
